The Medicine Hat Cancer Centre is in the Medicine Hat Regional Hospital. This centre was established in 1989 by the Alberta Cancer Board.
The Centre includes 10 treatment chairs, four treatment beds, four exam rooms, one procedure room and a conference room equipped for Telehealth sessions. The Medicine Hat Cancer Centre serves a catchment population of 120,000 in southeast Alberta.

The Medicine Hat Cancer Centre refers all patients who require radiation treatment to the Tom Baker Cancer Centre in Calgary.
