We are offering BREAST CANCER PROSTHETICS, realistic breast prosthesis (also called realistic breast forms) for post mastectomy bras and post mastectomy swimsuits - factory direct - inexpensive - starting at $75. They are designed for women that have had mastectomies as a result of breast cancer. They simulate the best characteristics of natural breast tissue.

All models are made with SENTACTM a visco-elastic polymer gel developed by John R. (Jack) Schweitzer. These REALISTIC BREAST FORMS - POST MASTECTOMY BREAST FORMS, sometimes referred to as MASTECTOMY BREAST PROSTHESIS, in both standard and plus size have softness, flexibility and exhibit gentle and realistic movement when worn in POST MASTECTOMY BRAS - POST MASTECTOMY SWIMSUITS or other mastectomy apparel . The soft, flat backs contour immediately to the chest wall configuration. They have a matte surface covering that exhibits a tactile nature closely replicating human skin. This unique skin system helps keep the breast form from shifting or sliding around in the pockets of the mastectomy bras or other mastectomy garments. The plus size mastectomy breast prosthesis, largest made in the USA, are available in both the full weight post mastectomy breast forms and the new lightweight breast forms. These breast forms are not plastic feeling. They are mastectomy swimwear safe in chlorine treated, plain or salt water. They are repairable if the skin system of the breastform is cut or punctured. Three models are available - A LITTLE HELP, THE ALTERNATE and PLUS SIZE FORMS in four skin tones.

These inexpensive realistic breast forms for mastectomy swimsuits and mastectomy bras are an alternative to the more costly silicone breast forms / breast prostheses or other mastectomy products. They have most of the features of the silicone mastectomy products with the EXCEPTION OF THE COST. These prosthetic breast forms are produced in standard and plus sizes. in full weight or light weight, for use in standard or plus size bras / full figure bras, and other standard as well as plus size lingerie.

This "Light Weight" breast prosthesis is made with the same SENTAC visco-elastic gel that is used for the "Full Weight" prosthesis. It has the same softness but the weight has been reduced more than 15%. The Light Weight breast forms are 100% SENTAC visco-elastic gel. NO FOAM or CELLULAR MATERIAL IS USED to achieve the weight reduction.

BASIC USE OF BREAST PROSTHESES
Breast cancer results in the need for an external breast prosthesis when reconstructive surgery is not selected. The basic requirement is for post mastectomy bras to insure that the breast forms maintain a suitable position in whatever type of apparel is being worn.

Standard and plus size apparel that is specific for women that have had mastectomies is usually supplied with a pocket sewn in to accommodate the breast prosthesis and keep it in proper position. Fashion is very important and post mastectomy swimsuits are designed to accommodate a breastform.

Apparel such as post mastectomy bras, post mastectomy swimsuits and post mastectomy lingerie are supplied specifically for woment that have had breast cancer and subsequent lumpetomy or complete breast removal.

The transgender community, consisting of male cross dressers and transvestites also use apparel that is designed to accommodate breast forms. They are very fashion oriented in their sellection and use of lingerie, bras, swimsuits, wigs and cosmetics.

Warranty

A LITTLE HELP breastform, sizes 1 through 10, THE ALTERNATE breast form, small through Xlarge and Standard PLUS SIZE. breast prosthesis have a 12 month replacement warranty.

This warranty covers defects in workmanship of other than a cosmetic nature.

The warrantor will be responsible, solely, for furnishing a repair or replacement for these post mastectomy breast forms, and will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred for their repair or replacement. The Warrantor has the right to determine the condition of the product returned for exchange or refund. If there are any signs of wear, the product will be returned to the customer via USPS Priority mail and postage charged to the customer.

A refund of the purchase price or an exchange for size is offered that is good, for 15 days from the date of the delivery of the order provided the breast form has NOT BEEN WORN. Shipping and Handling costs, will be charged to the customer for all exchanges for model or size. The product must be returned by USPS Priority mail, in an unused condition and placed on the bottom of the box with the flat side down on the pad in the bottom and the packing placed around and over the breast form.
